“I Do.”
My name is Whitney Wheeler and I’ve dreamed of saying those two words since I was ten years old. My dream is finally coming true.
Fate, however, has other plans. My perfectly planned life hits a snag eight days before our wedding. I walk in on my fiancé on the couch with someone who isn’t me. Trying to “blow off” that visual, without thinking I accept an invitation to take a road trip with the boy who broke my teenage heart.
Lucas DeCosta is all man, and surprise surprise—a male stripper. Beyond his movie-star good looks, his oh so sexy dance moves, and those big brown eyes, I find a kind heart and the overall goodness of the boy who still sets my heart on fire.
Each time he looks at me, I feel it.

When life hands you lemons . . . take a shot of tequila and hand fate the keys to your life. Because, sometimes the best thing to say is “I Don’t” before you can ever say “I Do.”
Review:
So wedding season is upon us, and what better way to enjoy that then a wedding rom-com?
Whitney has been dreaming up the perfect wedding since she was ten. As she was heading to her bacherlette party, before having to turn around. She forgot her contact lenses. Walking into her house a unwanted sight greats her. Her fiance's secretary is on her knees giving her fiance a blow job. Just eight days before they are due to be married.
Her and her best friends still head out for a girls weekend- but she has to make a choice- go through with the wedding in hopes of the perfect life, or to give up on her dream wedding over one mistake. Enter Lucas.
Lucas and Whitney used to be best friends. He now works as a male stripper. Definitely not just the geeky science nerd Whitney remembers. They have a chance to reconnect their friendship - or a whole lot more when sparks fly.
Will there be an "I Do" in Whitney's near future, or will her I Do, turn into "I Don't?"
This book was light, fluffy, and fun. Lucas was hot and swoon-worthy, there was loads of sexual tension, and some tequila shots. And of course the drama. This book is a great summtime read filled with a road trip, puppies, stripping, and had a great list of songs (I mean, hello 80's music!) If you are looking for a fun read this summer pick up a copy of I Don't, and say I Do to a stripper (or two 😉). 4⭐ out of 5⭐.
