Book Tag: Disney Song Book Tag

It's Sunday, so that means time to do another book tag! I love book tags. They are always so much fun, and this one is no different. It combines to of my loves, books and Disney.

So, i wasn't tagged, but came across this tag over on Thrifty Bibliophile's blog- who is definitely worth checking out. Also, as always im not going to tag anyone, but feel free to join in on the fun and do this tag! (And i would love to see your answers so give me a mention and i will check it out! 😉)
Now, onto the tag!
1. A whole new world - Pick a book that made you see the world differently.
Huh, that's tough. I am going to say Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher. - I mean, I have seen and been in such similar situations, but seeing that I wasn't alone in think, and feeling the way I did was... Well, i don't know how to explain it exactly. But I loved Thirteen Reasons Why

2. Cruella De Vil - Pick your favorite villain.
The Darkling from the Grisha Trilogy by Leigh Bardugo has been a favorite villain since i read the books. Apparently I have a type of guy I prefer in books. Villains, anti-heroes, Assholes/jerks, enemies to lovers, those that are broken or vulnerable... Yeap I love them all.

3. I won't say I'm in love - Pick a book you didn't want to admit you loved.
I mean there are so many that I loved. And if i love a book I'm not afraid to admit it. But, one that others may think a guilty pleasure? I will say Twilight and Fifty Shades. I loved both. I have read Twilight countless times!

4. Gaston - Pick a character that you couldn't stand.
Uhh, one that stands out is Elena from the Vampire Diaries books. Especially the first couple books. She just was rich and spoiled and was very inflatable until she died. I loved the show, so got into the books, but didn't like the first two.

5. Part of your world - Pick a book set in a universe you wish you could live in.
I would love to live in so many worlds. But I may not survive many of them, haha. So I am going to say the Shadowhunter world from Cassandra Clare's books. The world is very similar to this one, but expanded to include all of the supernatural. I don't know, I love it. I love the supernatural.

6. A dream is a wish your heart makes - describe what the book of your dreams would be like.
I honestly don't know, haha. There are soo many books i love all across different genres. I love reading, and finding new books and authors to love!

7. Someday my prince will come - What book character would you marry if you could?
I feel like everyone is going to say this, but Rhysand from the A Court of Thorns and Roses Trilogy by Sarah J Maas. Also, Will Herondale from the Infernal Devices Trilogy ok, so any one of the hundreds of book boyfriends that I have... I fall in love with a new character with almost every single book/series i read.

8. I see the light - Pick a book that changed your life.
Honestly, I don't know. I loved reading since a young age. I went from children's books to pre-teen, then almost completely jumped to adult books (Stephen King, James Patterson, etc) in my teen years. After graduating high school I started in on young adult books, and just recently (within the past couple years), I started reading romance books. I used to be a really picky reader, but since starting my bookstagram and blog, I have opened up more to reading. So, ok, it wasn't a book, but deciding to join in a community of other readers that really helped. 💙

9. When you wish upon a star - Pick a book you wish you could reread for the first time.
Honestly, I love rereading books. When I first read a book, i sometimes miss details because I am always wanting to know what happens next, and next, and at the end that I'm not always reading all the details, so going back and rereading books is awesome. I may not be expierencing everything for the first time, but I still love it.
10. I just can't wait to be king - Pick a book with some kind of monarchy in it.
I haven't read many books with royalty in it. I mean, there was the Grisha Trilogy and the ACOTAR trilogy.
11. Colors of the wind - Pick a book with a beautiful colorful cover.
Huh. I don't have any books that i could think of on my shelf that has colorful covers. (They are usually one color- like black, gray, red, blue, green, purple, etc).
I love Red and Blue covers though.
And i haven't read these yet, but the colors and covers are beautiful!

Let’s Talk!

What's your favorite Disney movie? Mine is Nightmare Before Christmas, but I love Beauty and the Beast and Lion King also!
