Review: Savior

Title: Savior
Author: Fiona Cole
Release Date: March 28

Synopsis

He bought me, but not to touch or taste. He bought me to save me, and to atone for past sins.

Handsome and mysterious, he swoops in to offer me a new life, but this is no knight in shining armor. He’s cold, hardened by his past. But there’s an inferno underneath the ice, I can feel the heat each time he looks at me—each time he gives in to the desire between us.

No matter how much I push to unleash the fire in his eyes, he shoves back harder each time. He’s merciless with his cruel words, telling me how naïve I am, how little I know of the world.

But I’m stronger than he thinks.

When we face down our demons from the past, I’ll prove which one of us was in need of saving, and which one of us is the savior.

Erik finds Alexandra's post on the dark web. $10,000 to sleep with a virgin. He quickly swoops in, purchasing Alex, but he doesn't make a move to touch her. Instead, he saves her, offering her food, and a warm bed for her to rest in.
He wants to do right by Alex, to make up for his past. Only he can't help but want her as well. A nineteen year old virgin, living under his roof? He tries pushing her away, she tries pushing to unleash the desire she know is there.
Who will finally cave?
Soon both of their pasts are coming back to haunt them, can they make it out unscathed?
I honestly loved every minute of this book! I loved how strong Alexandra was. Yes she has been through a lot,but she is resilient, and optimistic- she doesn't let her past cloud her hope for something better. And Erik was a jerk, but he did what he thought was right. And oh how my heart swoon for the a-holes, and I couldn't help but fall in love with him.
I cannot wait for more, even though I still need to catch up with Lovers before the next story comes out, I am so in love with this world and these characters. 5⭐ out of 5⭐.

Hope everyone has a good couple weeks. I know it says weekly Newsletter & I know I have been taking two weeks each time to put out one 😂😂 I *want* it to be every week, but January is just super crazy over here. - but we'll see once things settle down some if it will stay every other week or if I switch to every week or not 😂😂.  This week, I got my preorder of Onyx Storm in (bday present), and we did my daughter's 10th bday party- she did bowling & invited a ton of friends! She also had a field trip to go skiing earlier in the week too which she liked.  Also here are the vibes I bring to the function but truthfully I probably won't go to the function - I am an introvert & don't people very well 😂😂 but it was a fun challenge to do on IG & TT either way. Do we share anything in common?  What I Read This Week:  Title: Onyx Storm  Series: The Empyrean  Author: Rebecca Yarros Review | Goodreads | Purchase Quote: “I am yours and you ...

Reread: Broken Bonds

Title: Broken Bonds  Series: Bonds That Tie  Author: J Bree Release Date: June 2021 After the death of my mother and her Bonded, I was relieved to find my own Bonds. I was sure everything would be okay if I had them. It wasn’t. The fate of our people is in my hands and I know we’re better off if I’m alone. After five years on the run, I’m caught and dragged back to face the men I ran away from. I thought I was doing the right thing. Now, I’m not so sure. North, Nox, Gryphon, Atlas, and Gabe may never forgive me but one thing is for sure. I won’t ever forgive myself. *Broken Bonds is a full length reverse harem PNR novel with material that may be difficult for some readers. This book will end on a cliffhanger. It's recommended for 18+ due to language and sexual situations. Goodreads | Amazon   So I am rereading the Bonds that Tie series to read the newest release Broken Ties.
