Food for thought: Meatloaf

If you guys followed my original blog, you will know that i shared recipes from time to time, and i thought hell, why not do that again? Because yes I love books, but, i also love to eat. I mean, come on, its food- am i right? So, for the first recipe I wanted to share with y'all, i went with good ol' Meatloaf. It is easy to make, customizable, and you can add any number of sides. Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 1 egg 3/4 cup milk 3 slices bread torn up in little pieces 1 Tablespoon Wortchestshire sauce 1/2 Tablespoon Onion Powder 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt 1/2 teaspoon dry ground mustard 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (or more/less, to taste) 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 cup ketchup Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F  Combine all ingredients EXCEPT ketchup in a large bowl using hands.
