So I have had a serious book hangover for the past couple weeks, and nothing was pulling me out. I received a copy of this book for Christmas, and it was something I couldn't put down. I fell in love with the fey world, and the characters.

This book was filled with a wonderous world of magic, faeries, decite, and betrayal. From wicked royalty to mortals who they think so little of. I fell in love with the world in which they live and the characters- most of all Carden. It was such a great read, and the perfect way to ring in 2019. If you love the world of Shadowhunters or the Grishaverse or Prythain then you will surely love this. 5⭐ out of 5⭐.
