Review: the Wrong Prince Charming

The Wrong Prince Charming
By Holly Renee

Blurb:

Every little girl dreams of being swept off her feet by a charming Prince.
But my life was no fairy tale.
And in this kingdom called college, the rules went out the window.
I’d known golden boy, Theo Hunt, was the one for me since we were kids. My heart was his for the taking, but I had become nothing more than the MVP of the campus king’s friend-zone.
Easton Cole was a storm I couldn’t have predicted. He knocked me off my feet and stole my heart. But he was off limits. Not only was he was Theo’s frat brother, but he was the teacher’s assistant in English 101 and I was acing every test.
My heart was torn, my feelings tangled.
Because as soon as I noticed Easton, Theo finally noticed me.
I was in love with two guys, as different as night and day, but I could only have one.
I only hoped I didn’t choose The Wrong Prince Charming.

Review:
I was so in love with this title and blurb right from the moment I laid eyes on it, and just had to read it for myself!

Madison was in love with her best friend Theo for as long as she could remember. She's always wanted more from him. He was the Golden boy on campus, the star football player, and exactly who her parents would want her to end up with.

But then she met Easton. He was Theo's frat brother, older, and the teacher's assistant in Madison's English class- so very off limits. But knowing that does nothing to stop her from falling.

But, now that she noticed Easton, Theo began to notice her, leaving Madison torn between the two. Theo, her best friend, the guy her parents would approve of- the safe choice. Or Easton, the one she couldn't get off her mind, the one off limits, the one who made her feel alive for the first time, and the one who her parents would definitely not approve of, possibly risking it all. Both guys were as different as night was from day, but both had a piece of Madison's heart- but she could only choose one. Will Madison choose the Wrong Prince Charming?

This book was a light fun read. It followed Madison through her first semester at college- from the moment she arrived at the University of Georgia, to be at the same college as her best friend, the same one her parents went to. She has always done what others wanted- her parents, Theo- never being able to tell them no. Even now, away at college, her life is still ruled by them. Until she meets Easton. The first time she seen him he was handsome, had charm, and she couldn't get him out of her mind. The second time she seen him he was joining in her English class- as her TA. He was off limits. And her parents wouldn't approve. But he made her feel alive. Made her do stuff for herself versus what everyone else wanted. And even though it was wrong, even though both had a lot at stake they just couldn't help themselves. But Madison must choose between Theo- her best friend and the guy she has been dreaming about for years, who is now finally noticing her, or Theo the guy she just met, the guy who is forbidden, and gives her something else no one has, the freedom to be herself... Who will Madison choose? Find out in the Wrong Prince Charming! 4⭐ out of 5⭐
